jQuery Tools
Description
Similar to jQuery UI, jQuery Tools is a set of JavaScript libraries which provides several configurable and stylable (or is it styleable?) effects that can be easily added to a site. I've only included a couple demos on this page, but there are many more, including scrollable, overlay, expose, flashembed, and tons of configuration options for each. Plus they can be combined to create additional interactions.
